349. According to the Road Traffic Act, which of the following is true about idling or parking on a hill?

• Park downhill and use wheel chocks or rocks and put them under the wheels to make sure that the vehicle does not move. Parking on a steeply inclined area is prohibited.
• Turn the steering system away from the curb, facing toward the edge of the opposite side of the road. Idling on a hill is prohibited.
• If a driver is in the driver's seat, he/she must turn the steering system away from the curb. Inevitably idling due to vehicle malfunction is not considered parking.
• When parking on a hill other than a road, turn the steering system toward the curb, facing the edge of the driver's nearest side of the road. A vehicle that stays in the same place for 5 minutes is considered idling.
